This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home sits in Clifton, the leafy, tree-lined pocket of Louisville built around Frankfort Avenue, one of the city's original "Restaurant Rows." Step out the front door and you're minutes on foot from brunch, bourbon, live music, bookstores, and some of the best restaurants in the city. With space to sleep a big group, it's built for Derby crews, bourbon weekends, and family trips.

Frankfort Avenue is the kind of street where you can grab appetizers at one spot, dinner at another, and dessert somewhere else without moving your car. Within a short walk you'll find Southern brunch spots serving proper mint juleps, a lively Mexican kitchen known for its margaritas, and a cozy Irish pub. Bourbon lovers are in the right zip code, with award-winning bourbon bars pouring well over a hundred labels each, a local brewery with an enormous bourbon list, and a whiskey shop stocked with hundreds of pours.

Mornings are just as good. The Avenue is lined with beloved bakeries, James Beard-recognized breakfast spots, and some of the best brunch in the city. Inside, the house blends its historic bones with a clean, modern renovation. Original hardwood floors run throughout, and the open main level connects a bright kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable living room made for winding down. One of the home's most striking touches is the entry hallway, styled like a private art gallery: framed Louisville and equestrian pieces line the wall, each lit by its own brass gallery light, a warm welcome that captures the city's horse-country character before you've set down your bags.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, a gas range, and a marble-topped island with bar seating, plus a coffee bar with both a Keurig and a drip machine for slow mornings. The living room centers on a sleek linear fireplace and a large smart TV, with a ceiling fan overhead and sliding doors that open to your private patio. A second dining area gives bigger groups room to spread out.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
