Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Most of what we do is details. Codes that work, sheets that are right, somebody answering when you text on a Friday night. What makes it worth doing is who shows up. Family reunions. Wedding parties. The same four guys every Derby. Groups big enough that finding one house for all of them is the hardest part of planning the trip — which is most of what we buy our places for. We're in Louisville, so ask us things. Which distillery is worth the drive, which restaurant needs booking two weeks out, whether the traffic is real. That's the part you don't get renting from someone three states away. People book our places for a reason — a reunion, a wedding, Derby week, a bourbon trip.
