This unit has free off-street parking. However, the unit is part of a multifamily “duplex” house and we ask that you DO NOT take up street parking spots directly in front of the home. We try to save street parking for guests of Unit #1 since they do not have access to the driveway area. You will be the only guest with access to the driveway area.
Outdoor areas such as the front porch and backyard are shared areas. Other guests may be utilizing the areas during your stay.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
